A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries from customers
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with software installations
- Document issues and collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve customer problems
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Familiarity with web-based technologies and database concepts
- Experience with operating systems and troubleshooting skills
- Programming or IT/Sys Admin experience is a plus
