A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to global customers, primarily in Spain
- Accept and respond to incoming calls, incidents, and emails while tracking incident progress
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Technical Support related experience
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of databases and operating systems
- Experience in Help Desk/Customer service position is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
