Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to clarify requests and track task progress
- Monitor system performance using Grafana and conduct root cause analysis with OpenSearch/Elastic Search
- Manage support tickets in JSM/Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical support
- Upper-Intermediate level proficiency in English
- Experience with OpenSearch/Elastic Search and Grafana is a plus
- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for ticket management
