Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance using Grafana and conduct root cause analysis with OpenSearch/Elastic Search
  • Manage support tickets in JSM/Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Upper-Intermediate level proficiency in English
  • Experience with OpenSearch/Elastic Search and Grafana is a plus
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for ticket management
