Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the front line for customers to deescalate and solve technical issues
- Utilize OVRC remote management and provide guidance on various installation issues
- Participate in beta testing of new products and provide actionable feedback
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of professional experience in the Custom Installation industry
- Certification in Control4, Crestron, Savant, URC, or Elan
- Hands-on experience with surveillance and audio/video technology solutions
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting across multiple product categories
- Familiarity with IoT, networking, and home automation technologies
