A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide payments-related technical support services and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer support via various communication channels
- Triage and process customer inquiries and technical issues, maintaining accurate records
- Assist in the setup and configuration of POS terminals and provide troubleshooting support
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer support role
- 2+ years of experience in the card payment industry or payment processing with POS terminal technical experience
- Experience with TSYS, Fiserv, or similar payment processing systems preferred
- Familiarity with call center environments in the payments industry preferred
