A company is looking for a Technical Support Tech I to provide software and hardware support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software and hardware to employees, sales reps, and customers
- Diagnose and resolve issues following documented procedures and escalate higher-tier problems as needed
- Document all interactions and provide training to prevent future issues and enhance user knowledge
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of IT work experience in computer systems or support
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic hardware and software products
- Experience with call tracking systems and Help Desk practices
- Familiarity with tools such as Ivanti, Active Directory, and Outlook functionality
