Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to provide guidance and support to service technicians while driving customer service and team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for technician questions and issues
  • Monitor communication channels and manage high-priority escalations effectively
  • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure timely completion of service tickets
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and Cisco networks
  • 1-2 years of tech support and customer service experience required
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in an IT environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
