Technical Team Lead, Java

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead (Java).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a team of 8 to 14 developers and testers
• Support complex problem-solving and facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Mentor developers and ensure cohesive team efforts in addressing challenges

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 10 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of experience developing Java applications and associated frameworks
• At least 1 year of experience leading a technical team
• Experience with JavaScript and/or JavaScript frameworks like Angular
• Experience working in a story-based Agile team development environment using Jira or similar tools
