A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead to provide guidance and support to service technicians while driving customer service and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for technician inquiries and issues
- Monitor communication channels to ensure technicians receive necessary guidance
- Manage high-priority escalations and ensure effective communication with customers and management
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of PC hardware installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting
- Experience with scripting in a Windows environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- 1-2 years of leadership and training experience in an IT environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
