A company is looking for a Technical Writer to manage technical documentation for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for enterprise-facing stakeholders
- Define and evolve documentation structure, delivery format, and templates for scalability and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information on upcoming features and changes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing for complex software products
- Proven ability to synthesize technical information into clear documentation
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and product
- Familiarity with medical and clinical terminology is a plus
- Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence or Markdown-based systems is a plus
