Key Responsibilities
- Research and gather information by interviewing subject matter experts and testing products
- Write, edit, and organize clear and concise technical documentation adhering to style guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure documentation accuracy and maintain it with product changes
Required Qualifications
- 2 years advanced degree required; Bachelor's preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or documentation
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Google Docs and basic knowledge of XML/HTML/CSS
- Experience with API documentation and understanding of RESTful APIs
- Basic project management skills for managing documentation projects and meeting deadlines
