A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support a high-impact project within the Veterans Affairs ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update various program documentation including user guides and training manuals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation
- Support Agile delivery cycles by maintaining accurate artifacts throughout sprints and releases
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or higher (ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation)
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a federal IT or regulated industry environment
- Proven ability to author and maintain technical content such as SOPs and user documentation
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and supporting cross-functional delivery teams
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence
