A company is looking for a Technical Writer to document and optimize IT systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Document applications, processes, and procedures in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Develop and maintain standardized templates for documentation and identify gaps in existing materials
- Transform disparate documentation into standardized formats and assist in onboarding new team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and diagramming software, especially Miro
- Experience with ServiceNow and understanding of fundamental cloud concepts
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
