A company is looking for a Technical Writer (Secret Clearance).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance IT service engagement and user adoption
- Create, edit, and manage various technical documentation, including user manuals and SOPs
- Collaborate with teams to gather technical input and ensure documentation compliance with standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic communications or technical writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Content Management Systems
- Experience using data analytics to improve communication strategies
- Familiarity with federal agencies or government contract environments is a plus
