Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience creating technical documentation or training materials
- Extensive hands-on experience with MS SharePoint Online
- Proven ability to audit and interpret complex information for content improvement
- Experience in organizing content for usability, including sitemaps and taxonomy
- Working knowledge of structured writing principles
