Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata)
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively from initiation to completion
- High level of motivation and proactive time management skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of varied learning techniques and software tools
