Key Responsibilities

• Manage support functions within the Technology Services department and oversee a team of technical support professionals
• Deliver on software and systems initiatives, ensuring system consistency and integrity to meet organizational performance goals
• Develop technical documentation and training materials while partnering with internal customers on project-specific needs

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata)
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively from initiation to completion
• High level of motivation and proactive time management skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of varied learning techniques and software tools
