Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT operations, including support for employees and contractors
- Manage daily IT functions, including help desk requests and system administration for a distributed workforce
- Provide training on new systems and tools to enhance technical fluency and platform adoption
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, focusing on help desk and IT operations
- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, particularly in GCC environments
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC
- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
