Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Specialist to oversee daily operations of its enterprise technology architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT operations, including support for employees and contractors
  • Manage daily IT functions, including help desk requests and system administration for a distributed workforce
  • Provide training on new systems and tools to enhance technical fluency and platform adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, focusing on help desk and IT operations
  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, particularly in GCC environments
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC
  • U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
