A company is looking for a Director of Telecom Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage telecommunications and contact center technology infrastructure
- Support technical troubleshooting and issue remediation for telecom and contact center technologies
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and manage third-party IT service provider relationships
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 7-10 years of technical support experience
- Experience with troubleshooting telecom and contact center solutions such as Webex Calling and Five9
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and is self-motivated
