Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telemarketing Leads Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to qualify leads from ROC campaign calls
• Directly call target customers to promote the ROC campaign as needed
• Pull and share weekly reports on leads and sales with the service sales teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing or lead generation
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Ability to quickly learn processes and adapt to challenges
• Remote work capability, with preference for candidates in EST/CST time zones
• Availability for 1st shift work
