Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Administrative and Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking
  • Manage donations processing and assist in donor outreach and event preparation
  • Maintain organizational systems and perform monthly reconciliations of expense accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of administrative and development experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with donor and CRM databases, preferably EveryAction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar website management services
  • Previous experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred
