Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Administrative and Development Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking
- Manage donations processing and assist in donor outreach and event preparation
- Maintain organizational systems and perform monthly reconciliations of expense accounts
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of administrative and development experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with donor and CRM databases, preferably EveryAction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar website management services
- Previous experience in a nonprofit setting is preferred
