Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Benefits Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with employee benefits inquiries and maintain communication with employees regarding benefits enrollment and documentation
  • Provide administrative support by processing benefit invoices and assisting with workers' compensation claims
  • Support project activities related to benefits communication and open enrollment processes
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Familiarity with employee benefits terminology is a plus
  • Prior customer service experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
