Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Specialist - Direct to Consumer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and chat for up to 8 hours a day
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support for website, marketing, events, and retail partners
  • Evaluate customer contacts for improvement opportunities and ensure positive resolutions to inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • Available to work 40 hours a week from August 18, 2025 to January 16, 2026
  • Associates degree or 1+ years customer service experience required
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and social media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Experience in navigating multiple business systems efficiently
