Required Qualifications

- Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles
- Reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer or laptop running Windows 10 or 11
- USB wired headset and working webcam
- Strong technical skills in MS Office/Outlook and accurate data editing
