Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Administrative Assistant (Temp) to provide clerical and administrative support to the HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and conduct virtual new hire orientation
  • Process various HR transactions using Workday and Ev6 HRIS systems
  • Respond to HR inquiries and maintain compliance by updating employee records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent training/relative experience (3 years)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products and HRIS systems (Workday or Ev5/Ev6)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in USG contracting and supporting multiple locations is preferred
  • Experience with both Workday and Ev5 is preferred
