A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep II.
Key Responsibilities
- Process member payments, update member information, and handle policy terminations and reinstatements
- Provide accurate information on coverage plans, assist with prior authorizations, and update claims statuses
- Maintain confidentiality, escalate complex issues, and contribute to team success through collaboration
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least two years of experience in claims examination, health insurance, or customer service
- Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
- Ability to clear a criminal background check
- Strong computer skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
