Key Responsibilities
- Assist in transferring calls between patients, pharmacies, and doctors
- Provide first-level support to customers via email and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Document customer interactions and collaborate with colleagues for best practices and insights
Required Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma
- 6 months of experience in customer service via phone, email, or live chat
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Startup experience is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
