Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-discipline team to build and execute a sustainable project test plan
• Execute test work as an advanced individual contributor, focusing on sustainable methodologies
• Develop data-informed reports and analyze results with the team

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating on a multi-discipline team in a live service environment
• Leadership experience in a test role within the games industry
• Experience working with tools/scripting, including languages such as C#
• Ability to translate goals into shipping solutions, focusing on cost-effective alternatives
• Strong desire to grow and evolve approaches and processes
