Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery and support QA team during sprint planning to maximize sprint velocity
• Develop test strategies, automation frameworks, and manage team performance
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and develop custom reporting engines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance & Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation using Playwright (TS) frameworks
• Experience in delivering large-scale projects using agile, iterative, and waterfall models
• Knowledge of tools rationalization and feasibility across multiple projects
• Experience with CI/CD integration using Github Actions and Azure DevOps
