Test Planning & Automation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Planning & Automation Lead to drive data validation testing efforts for a Cloud Data Modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data validation and testing processes for accurate migration from SQL Server to the cloud
• Identify and implement automation tools to enhance testing processes
• Develop and manage comprehensive test plans and validation scripts for data migration and transformation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Data Warehousing, ETL, or Cloud Data Migration projects
• Proven ability to define and implement data validation and QA methodologies
• Experience with data validation automation tools and scripting languages
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake
• Strong proficiency in SQL and automated validation queries
