Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to prescribers and members
- Utilize multiple software systems to create Prescription cases and determine coverage and appeals processes
- Meet or exceed government mandated timelines while complying with productivity and quality standards

- Prior call center experience, preferably with a multi-screen setup
- Availability for remote workspace audits
