Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the advocate for providers by resolving issues efficiently
• Manage multi-channel communications including calls, chats, and emails
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of provider inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience navigating and learning complex computer systems
• Availability to work full-time, including potential overtime and weekends
