Key Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately
- Follow standard operating procedures and refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX
- Reliable, high-speed internet service with specific connection requirements
