Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with medical professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work)
• Clinical license through the State of Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or provisional licensure
• Valid Texas Driver's License and insurability under company policies
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
• Training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, play therapy, disordered eating, and process addictions is highly considered
