Texas Licensed Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Project Manager responsible for driving large enterprise-wide projects and developing continuous improvement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead higher complexity projects requiring functional or business unit expertise
• Facilitate business reviews, team meetings, and process mapping sessions while maintaining project status and contributing to financial modeling
• Coordinate implementation efforts with interdependent projects to ensure benefits are achieved and sustained

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, or a related field
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
• 3-5 years of Black Belt project management experience and 5-10 years of overall work experience
• Proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma principles and methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
