Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ambulatory Nursing Professional Development Practitioner - Telephone Triage Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates learning and assesses practice gaps to develop educational activities
• Acts as a change agent to transform processes and improve healthcare practices
• Mentors nursing staff and supports their professional development and transitions

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field within 3 years of hire
• 3 years of directly related experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
• BLS certification by an accredited organization upon hire
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development required within 1.5 years
