Job Summary
A company is looking for a PGY2 Specialty Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for regional offices and pharmacies nationwide
- Engage in patient-centered care and pharmacy operational services
- Develop managerial, supervisory, and leadership skills in various pharmacy settings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited degree program or in the process of pursuing accreditation
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency program or one in the accreditation process
- Eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
- Submission of a curriculum vitae, pharmacy school transcript, and completed application via PhORCAS
- Interview and three PhORCAS recommendation forms, including one from a PGY-1 residency director or preceptor
