Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Health LVN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care and monitors patients' medical conditions
• Maintains patient records and ensures accurate documentation of treatments
• Participates in quality improvement programs and staff meetings

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program
• 1-2 years of post-high school education
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification from the State of Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid driver's license
