Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims
• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in workers compensation claims for Resolution Manager role; 5+ years for Senior Resolution Manager
• Prior supervisory experience preferred for Claims Supervisor role
• Active Texas adjusters license required
• Experience in Lost Time/Indemnity claims
• Familiarity with Texas jurisdictional claims
