Job Summary
A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 service desk support for various customer inquiries related to health insurance and marketplace applications
- Log user inquiries in Service Now and triage them to the appropriate internal groups for resolution
- Respond to IT inquiries and escalations, ensuring accurate and complete responses while maintaining service expectations
Required Qualifications
- GED or higher
- Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the last five years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Receptive to training for service desk operational processes
