Job Summary
A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 service desk support for various customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with account access support, including password resets and unlocking accounts
- Triage inquiries and escalate requests to appropriate IT departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- GED or higher
- Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Receptive to training for service desk operational processes
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- All candidates must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years
