A company is looking for a Tier I Support Technician - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain necessary information from end-users and register support requests efficiently
- Monitor production events and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Troubleshoot various IT systems and assist in business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 1 year of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience with direct client interaction required
- Ability to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Strong customer service skills with professionalism
