Job Summary
A company is looking for a tNPS Case Specialist to join their Scheduling Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues to improve customer experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling tNPS cases, facilitating updates and solutions
- Create and present reporting to management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Process compliance: Follows all documented processes and department policies
