Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade School Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with trade schools and workforce development boards
• Coordinate engagement meetings and collaborate on workforce readiness initiatives
• Plan and attend recruitment events to promote skilled trades career pathways

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment or workforce development
• Experience in campus recruitment or managing community partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interpret data metrics
• Familiarity with skilled trades industry and apprenticeship programs preferred
