A company is looking for a Training and Communications Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage training programs and communications for Independent Distributor Partners and the sales team
- Create and facilitate engaging training materials and sessions, while assessing training needs and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training and communication strategies and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
- 1+ years of communications experience in a similar role, preferably in CPG and/or DSD
- Experience in designing and developing training materials
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Forms, Adobe, and Excel for creating training and communication content
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and manage multiple projects
