Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training and Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage training programs and communications for Independent Distributor Partners and the sales team
  • Create and facilitate engaging training materials and sessions, while assessing training needs and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training and communication strategies and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
  • 1+ years of communications experience in a similar role, preferably in CPG and/or DSD
  • Experience in designing and developing training materials
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Forms, Adobe, and Excel for creating training and communication content
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and manage multiple projects
