Key Responsibilities
- Conduct annual training and development
- Develop and implement training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
- Train and coach management and staff involved in employee development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Five years of experience in designing and implementing employee development programs
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
