A company is looking for a Training and Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct annual training and development
  • Develop and implement training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Train and coach management and staff involved in employee development
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Five years of experience in designing and implementing employee development programs
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
