Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute workplace training initiatives while managing project blockers
- Implement training solutions using ADDIE methodology and consult with stakeholders on training needs
- Evaluate and improve training curricula, facilitate programs, and stay updated on innovative training approaches
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in leading and designing training programs
- Prior experience in instructional design and adult learning theory
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
