Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage global and regional training events, ensuring seamless execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event scope and develop supporting materials
- Track event performance and publish recorded events on internal systems for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years' experience in a tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to gather training requirements and identify necessary resources
- Experience working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred
