Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Program Management Development Program (PMDP) and oversee curriculum development
- Lead the tactical rollout of new training courses and maintain the training roadmap
- Coordinate training communications and promote knowledge-sharing across the program management community
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Learning & Development, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management as a mid-level PM
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in tools such as Teams, Workday, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 apps
- US citizenship required with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
