Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist - Central Authorization to develop and implement training programs for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs and develop a curriculum for new and existing employees
  • Utilize Subject Matter Experts to create and maintain instructional materials related to Customer Service/Insurance Recovery
  • Facilitate training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Five years of experience in the training field
  • One year of curriculum development experience
  • Two years of experience in a customer service environment with leadership responsibilities
  • Excellent documentation skills and self-directed motivation
