Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Specialist - Central Authorization to develop and implement training programs for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and develop a curriculum for new and existing employees
- Utilize Subject Matter Experts to create and maintain instructional materials related to Customer Service/Insurance Recovery
- Facilitate training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Five years of experience in the training field
- One year of curriculum development experience
- Two years of experience in a customer service environment with leadership responsibilities
- Excellent documentation skills and self-directed motivation
