A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain effective processes for managing client scopes and internal operations
- Assist Transaction Managers and Quality Control team to meet SLAs for transactions
- Review and audit data for discrepancies in securitization reports and due diligence systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of mortgage experience, preferably in quality control and due diligence
- Strong knowledge of residential mortgage guidelines and regulatory compliance
- Experience with LauraMac and regulatory compliance engines
- High technical aptitude and ability to diagnose complex problems
- Ability to telecommute and work in a fast-paced environment
